Hello all
I want to know the the specific algorithm used of some level-2 product, like TLg(TOA glint radiance) and tLf(white cap radiance).
I really can't find it, which has troubled me for a long time.

The Ocean Color web has a page for algorithm descriptions used for data produced by OBPG. For others, you probably need to go to the SeaDAS supported missions page and click the particular mission link to find their algorithm documentation.

In the Rrs ATBD page Alicia pointed out, there is a link to a NASA Technical Memorandum document that goes into great detail on the atmospheric correction process - including the derivation of the glint and foam radiances you mentioned.
