Cannot down load ASTER L2 Surface Reflectance SWIR&VNIR

I requested to process 2 scenes of "ASTER L2 Surface Reflectance SWIR and ASTER L2 Surface Reflectance VNIR V003", and received an email from the system saying the data are ready (Status: Ready 100%). However, I cannnot find the access to the download page from the Download Status page. Please advise how can I access. Thank you.

The LP DAAC is having issues with email server issues and our technical engineer are currently working on a fix. Please send me the order ID number and I can request the download link for you.

The problem was resolved.
The cause was my oversight. I received mails from "LPDAAC@usgs.gov" and then "no-reply@mail.nasa.gov" after a while. I could understand my request had been processed, but could not find/notice the link to the products in the mail from LPDAAC@usgs.gov, purely because these were mentioned very last of the mail after the long blank and the lines with +++++++... I just noticed the links "https://urs.earthdata.nasa.gov/", "https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/lpdaac-contact-us/", and "https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/data/data-citation-and-policies/" in the first half of the mail from LPDAAC@usgs.gov.
Again sorry about my oversight but I think the notice mail from LPDAAC@usgs.gov has room for improvement.
