500 and 502 Proxy errors for https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/

Has there been a recent nginx configuration change to ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov? As noted in the title we are receiving a high rate of 500 and 502 errors for requests against a range of urls in that ___domain. Is this related to the investigation for this issue viewtopic.php?t=2917&sid=e63e5b03241737 ... 4e57323dba?

It appears that an undocumented change has been made to the root directory csv listings which has added an additional "../" to the downloadsLink. As an example please see the results of

wget -e robots=off -m -np -R .html,.tmp -nH --cut-dirs=3 "http://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/a ... 22/051.csv" --header "Authorization: Bearer my_token" -P

Is there an explanation for this change? It has broken our scheduled download script which has been running normally for several years.
