i ordered some ASTER data (digital elevation model) but i just recieved that email without any data download links. Can you help? Thank you very much.

Have you checked your junk folder or any spam tools you may be using that could be blocking the emails from LP DAAC?
You will receive an email from Earthdata for tracking progress when orders update. Once you receive an email with "Your request has moved from state PROCESSING to CLOSED" the customer needs to look for an email with a subject line stating "Subject: LP DAAC ECS Order Notification Order ID: ...." That's from "From: LPDAAC@usgs.gov". That email will have their download links with an expiration date to complete the data download.

If you did not receive the download link, please let us know.

thanks for your Email. Unfortunately i did not receive an email from LPDAAC@usgs.gov, as well
not in my junk folder... maybe an error happend?
