I am using SeaDAS 7.5.1 on a linux server, using MODIS A. I used to batch process all the data from L1A to L3m and apply the ATMFAIL flag to hide the obvious clouds/lands/glint during "l2bin" with "flaguse=ATMFAIL \"
However, it does not seem to work anymore (I processed data from 2002 to 2020 with this script, new data come from 2021 and 2022). I had to manually add the new geo file for the "modis_geo" step to work.
I did not update my code and I was expecting it to still work. Did anything change that I did not catch?

Your issue might have something to do with the change around getanc. However, we no longer support SeaDAS 7.5. Please download and install SeaDAS 8.3.0 -- https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/downloads/
