AppEEARS is down

Dear All,
AppEEARS is currently down for maintenance.When will it be able to resume operation?

AppEEARS experienced a technical issue over the weekend which caused request processing to stop. The issue has been resolved, but we now have a large backlog of requests to process. We appreciate your patience as the system works to catch up.
