How to build bathymetry with GPT SeaDAS8.3?

by comachi » Thu Jun 15, 2023 3:30 pm America/New_York

Hello.

I am working with MOD09Q1 hdf file with SeaDAS8.3 running in Ubuntu 20.04LTS.
I want to filter the reflectance based on the bathymetry.
How to set bathymetry with GPT command line? I looked for through internet, in this forum and also in SNAP's forum as well with no success.

Thanks for the help.

The GPT command line tool does not have a built-in capability for setting bathymetry. You would need to use external software or custom scripts to perform bathymetry-based filtering of reflectance data.

And if you want to know details about seadas and hdf file, visit: https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/ or https://www.enablegeek.com/tutorial/working-with-hdf-file-and-seadas-in-ubuntu/
