What's the difference between GPM_3IMERGHH_07 and GPM_3IMERGHH_06

I find that GPM_3IMERGHH has been updated in July. Are there any numerical changes in the repeated time period of the seventh and sixth editions? If not, sould I cite version 07 instead of 06 when I just use the repeated time period 06 product?

There are substantial changes in IMERG v07, more than would practically be possible to list here. It would be instructive to follow to the Data Release Notes from our news release:

When using IMERG v06 it should be cited as v06, and the correct data citation can be found in our product pages, e.g. for the half-hourly:
https://disc.gsfc.nasa.gov/datasets/GPM_3IMERGHH_06/summary

Concerning the "temporal resolution", or the time periods that are encompassed by half-hourly, daily, and monthly, their definition remains the same.
