Are the MODIS Albedo product : MCD43A3 be used as a good indicative for land surface albedo or further manipulation related to zenith angle be used.

Hello,
There is no need for further manipulation, I am assuming you are referring to the MCD43A3 Albedo product: https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/products/mcd43a3v061/
They are good to just as they are. If you notice any value anomalies, you can always check the QA bits for the data.
