Area Lightning Data

by engineer_performance » Sat Aug 03, 2024 5:53 pm America/New_York

Greetings, I am new to this forum and needed help finding some information. I work for a Power Plant and recently had a few lightning events nearby, I was told this website could contain precise data on lightning events. Is there a way to find a precise ___location for lightning events, ampacity of every lightning bolt, filter information for a certain time frame and extract each lightning event as a dot on a map (picture) of the area? I would appreciate any help received, thanks in advance! I will attach a snapshot of what I would like to extract.

This looks like Vaisala lightning data. We cannot provide the specific details that you need. You will need to speak with either Vaisala or Earth Networks to discuss obtaining these data.
