Can't download my data, asked to agree to EULA

by reginatemino » Sat Sep 21, 2024 3:07 am America/New_York

Since yesterday I haven´t been able to download Aqua Modis Level 3 data. Once the file is ready for download I click on it and a message appears saying: Please agree to EULA. But no button or link appears for the agreement.
What does this mean? Where can I agree to EULA?

Sorry for the delay, but this should be fixed now. The page requesting EULA acceptance was erroneously occurring for users who were downloading extracted files. I pushed a change yesterday to remove that requirement, and now the page should display instructions for where to accept the EULA.

In case anyone's curious about accepting EULAs, they can be accepted by going to https://urs.earthdata.nasa.gov/profile, and clicking "EULAs"->"Accept New EULAs" in the nav bar. Only the MERIS and Sentinel EULAs should apply for OBDAAC data

Let me know if the error persists!
