After I found the required data in LAADS according to the relevant steps and requirements, I clicked "submit order", and after a few seconds, "there has been an error processing your request" appeared. I have tried different networks.
What should I do to submit the order correctly?

We are not aware of any issue with LAADS search and order interface right now. Please, provide your search query for us to investigate.

I have the same problem.
Yesterday and today, I keep getting the same message on LAADS.
I need to download files for the MCD19A2 C6.1 product for the year 2022 in Santiago, Chile.
I've tried with other time periods and different areas, but I still get the same message.
Could you help me?
