Error downloading AQUA/Modis files

Hi,

I try to download AQUA/Modis data from https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/search/ but when I click on the button "Submit order", the interface returns me : "There has been an error processing your request."

I tried several times, but it always fails. I tried to logout and then login, but it does not work.

The order does not appear in the list of "Last orders".

The last time it works fine was on October 14th.

Can I have any help to be able to download data ? Thank you in advance

Try submitting your order again and if still does not work send your EDL username and email for us to investigate.
