Hello, I'm tring to order some MOD16A2GF data from https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/search/order/4
After I clicked 'Submit order', an error message appeared as 'There has been an error processing your request'.
Here is my search parameter:

I've tried a lot and failed, and I've tried to reorder in my history and it doesn't work
PS: Since I successfully ordered the same data (from another time and place) a few months ago, I thought maybe the limit of historical orders had been reached, but I didn't find an option to delete past orders. However, several recent posts on the Earth Data forum also prove that the problem seems to have occurred recently.

Try submitting your order again and if it still does not work, send your EDL username and email for us to look into it.
