Error Processing MODIS L1B data order

Every time I try to order any L1B granules for Terra/Aqua MODIS, I get the following error message "There has been an error processing your request." I saw other posts within the forum where users have encountered similar issue. Is this a known issue? and when can I expect resumption of nominal service for download?

After I posted this, I looked up the response from the help-desk for similar such queries i.e. try placing an order again. As an additional note, I have tried this over 5 times at different times of the day already. Just posting this in case it helps with a quick resolution. Thanks!

It’s good to hear that the username verification issue has been resolved. If you still encounter problems while ordering MODIS L1B granules, it might be helpful to clear your cache or try a different browser.
