ERROR IN DOWNLAOD

I am trying to download SST for Aqua-Modis monthly data from July 2002 to July 2024 but I only get 70 files, I get data only from 2019 to 2024 and a few more random months.

Were you, by any chance, using a script to CMR with a

scroll=true

query? If so, there had been an issue where scroll queries were returning incomplete data as opposed to failing when the requests were overloading the system. A fix for this was implemented last week.

Are you now getting the correct results? Hopefully so, and you know why it failed then. If not, I am not sure what the issue may be and someone from OBDAAC can hopefully help.

I faced a similar issue when downloading Aqua-Modis SST data. It was frustrating only getting partial results. If you’re still having trouble, it might help to check if the query parameters are set correctly.

If you can provide information on how you are attempting to download the data, it would help. Is it a CMR API query? An OB.DAAC file_search query? OB.DAAC L3 browser web interface?
