NOAA NCCF received an alarm [ESPC] ALARM: "PROD NCCF INGEST NASA JPL INCOMING DATA: LOW VOLUME"
NOAA NCCF received a Low Volume alarm for our NASA JPL ingest process that pulls the following products. Is there any issue or delay with these products? Please advise. Thank you.
SMAP_JPL_L2B_NRT2_SSS_CAP_V5 - JPL SMAP Level 2B Near Real-time CAP Sea Surface Salinity V5.0 Validated Dataset
SMAP_JPL_L2B_NRT_SSS_CAP_V5 - JPL SMAP Level 2B Near Real-time CAP Sea Surface Salinity V5.0 Validated Dataset

Hi all,
Dean here, DAAC Engineer at PO.DAAC. I don't typically deal with this data set so I'm doing some digging, but I see that data has resumed from the 10th onward, e.g. https://search.earthdata.nasa.gov/search/granules?p=C2681262364-POCLOUD&pg[0][v]=f&pg[0][gsk]=-start_date&tl=1734564380.444!3!! . It looks like even on our end there is still missing data on the 7th-9th. I'll talk to our OPS team, as this might be related to a systems upgrade performed recently. But otherwise data has resumed.
Thanks,
- Dean

Hi all, update:
The gap in data were not due to our systems upgrades, we temporarily stopping receiving data from the data producers. As mentioned before, data delivery has resumed as normal, and we are waiting to hear back from the producers on whether or not they'll fill the few-day gap.
