SeaDAS is the perfect software to visualize, analyze and process PACE data - https://seadas.gsfc.nasa.gov/

FYI - when you get to the SeaDAS help page for exporting a GeoTiff file (shared in the previous post), be aware that Adobe changed their link to 'TIFF Specification'. The correct link is https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/file-types/image/raster/tiff-file.html

You can export a file to GeoTIFF using SeaDAS. To do this, load the PACE LEVEL 2 data into SeaDAS. Select the file in the File Manager. Then go to "Menu > File > Export > GeoTIFF". Save it.

To load the GeoTIFF back into SeaDAS go to "Menu > File > Import > Generic Formats > GeoTIFF"

One caveat to our earlier response... level-2 data is NOT mapped data. In order to convert level-2 data into a GeoTIFF format, you need to map it (which then causes it to essentially not be exactly level-2 data in the pixel-by-pixel sense).

There are many SeaDAS tools for mapping a level-2 file (Reproject Tool, Mosaic Tool) or the science processors (l2bin/l3mapgen). Once mapped, SeaDAS can export the file as GeoTIFF which should produce a file readable by most 3rd party (non-SeaDAS) applications.

Thank you so so much all i need is this, now I am able to export on GEOTIFF format,

i did not realize "need to map it(which then causes it to essentially not be exactly level-2 data in the pixel-by-pixel sense)"

THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN!!!
