PIC lookup table
PIC lookup table
Hello everyone!
I'm trying to apply the algorithm described in the following link: https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/resources/atbd/pic/
However, I cannot seem to find out where is the lookup table that "contains the total backscattering coefficient for calcite at 546 nm, bbc(546) in m-1, as a function of nLw(443) and nLw (555)".
I've looked in the referenced article relating to the 2-band approach but I wasn't able to find it there as well.
Does anyone happen to know where I can find this lookup table?

Re: PIC lookup table
Hi there,
If you have OCSSW installed on your machine, then I believe the PIC LUT file you are looking for is located in the path $OCSSWDATAROOT/share/common and will be called "calcite_table.txt" (or similar).

Thank you for your reply!
Unfortunately, I do not have OCSSW installed on my machine, and if possible, since it is a tricky installation with lots of steps, I would like to avoid doing so, especially since I only want that one table and don't plan on using the software. Would you by any chance be able to provide me with the table (if you have the OCSSW on your machine)?
