Data download errors

We are downloading VIIRS data using URLs like https://firms.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/api/area/csv/<key>/VIIRS_NOAA20_NRT/world/2

It worked fine until recently, but since May 7 we are getting much more errors - see the attached chart. Was there any change on your side around this time?

Hi,

As far as I am aware there is nothing wrong with our system. I can try my best to assist though. In the picture attached what are you showing on the Y-axis? Also what kind of system are you pulling this data in through?
