Order flagged as duplicate but different resolution

Order flagged as duplicate but different resolution
I accidentally downloaded some PAR data at the 4km resultion instead of the 9 km resolution. I quickly re-requested the data changing only the resolution and the order was flagged as a duplicate. What can I do to get the system to recognize the difference between the orders. Thanks

Hello @diomedea36 Could you please let us know which exact dataset you are trying to download, we have a couple of PAR options such as MCD18A2, and which tool you are using? That will help us tag your post with the correct team so they can help you.

I was downloading Aqua Modis PAR data from the Level 3 & 4 Browser data extract portion of the oceandata website. Thanks
