Missing granules for VNP15A2H 2025-07-12

by dmagni » Mon Jul 28, 2025 9:59 am America/New_York

Dear Forum,
we have seen that there are 4 granules missing in the 2025-07-12 dataset of VNP15A2H v002 (VIIRS/NPP Leaf Area Index/FPAR 8-Day L4 Global 500m SIN Grid V002).
The granules are h14v10, h21v05, h21v09, h24v05.
Please, could you check?
Many thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Diego

hello @dmagni and @lucatrotter Thank you for reporting that. We found those granules and are working on adding them into the archive. They should be available tomorrow morning, if not before. We are also looking to see why this seems to be happening so often with the 15A2Hs and how we can improve that process. Apologies for the delay. Thanks -- Danielle
