SWOT simulator
What is the reference datum of CNES SWOT simulator wse values? Is it related to HEIGHT attribute? Or is it wgs84 or egm2008?

This is the SWOT documentation, not specific to the CNES SWOT simulator, but the mission documentation may also help: https://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/SWOT?tab=datasets-information§ions=about
WSE is relative to the geoid. It may be that the easiest information to obtain about the source of the geoid should be found in more specific documentation to the CNES simulator, or in the resulting files. As of Feb 2025, the geoid model for SWOT products is EGM2008.
