GEDI Level-2A dataset downloading with harmony spatial subsetter
Dear Sir or Madam,
Today I am facing an issue related with downloading GEDI Level-2A dataset via harmony spatial subsetter method. This issue did not exist in the last three weeks.
Issue detail: Download status page of web browser displays data is in progress, but it stops continuing for three hours and is stuck with only 40% submitted data processed.
Dataset URL: https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/data/catalog/lpcloud-gedi02-a-002
Access method: Web browser
Platform: Windows 11, Edge Browser
No significant error messages appear.
Could it means Earthdata center server overloads recently and I need to be patient and wait?

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, the issue is still there (still 40% in progress) and it never continues even after about twenty hours.
I have uploaded a screen-capture picture (attachments: earthdata_download_status.png) to display current state of GEDI Level-2A processing.

Hello @john6444 The team has mentioned you can check the status of your Harmony jobs using either of these links: https://harmony.earthdata.nasa.gov/workflow-ui and https://harmony.earthdata.nasa.gov/jobs They are showing up as completed there. The team is looking into why EDSC is showing it as pending still.

Thanks again for your kindness and reply. I do check Harmony jobs with your provided links and statuses of both them are completed as you have indicated (see attachments).
This current account was created just two days ago because another account encounters the same issue (Please note that I AM NOT intentional to overburden earthdata center server with two accounts). Could it be related with that? Registering more than one acount may invoke some unexpected warnings or errors?
