why there is no overlapping indexes for the Rio Verde river (central-west of Brazil, lon_min, lat_min, lon_max, lat_max = -51.9, -18.2, -50.2, -16.9) with Discharge data?

Discharge data are not available yet. They will be released soon as a separate product under a different collection short name: SWOT_L2_HR_RiverSP_2.1
