GCMD Platform Keyword Request for PODAAC (Sentinel-6B)

Hello GCMD kw maintainers,

PODAAC requests a new GCMD platform keyword for "Sentinel-6B" that will exist adjacent to "Sentinel-6A" in the kw hierarchy: https://gcmd.earthdata.nasa.gov/KeywordViewer/scheme/all/1f0f5178-9d7a-41ae-8f04-d6262415c30c?gtm_keyword=Sentinel-6A&gtm_scheme=platforms

The description would change to:
