Hello, I tried to use Earthdata Download app to download data. When the downloading started, I saw a window saying "You must log in...". On the web browser, I got this error:

I already logged in Earthdata in order to click on "Open Earthdata Download". What went wrong? Thank you!

Never mind. I deleted my Chrome browsing data and restarted Chrome. Now it is working without issues. Earthdata Download, when it works, can significantly reduce a lot of data access issues, IMO.
A suggestion for improvement: make the forum more visible on each page. Right now, it is hard to find it unless you bookmark it. Also Earthdata logout is not true logout. When I login in again, it always tells me I already login, a very confusing message.
