Problems with LAADS Web Order

I submitted this order (and several other orders) using your API-v2, but had a hard time downloading it. The folder linked page isn't working. Can you please check what was going on? Thanks!

We could not reproduced the error. We tried the wget download command using our EDL token and it worked without issue:

Hmmm. Your EDL token works but mine doesn't. Could you please:

1. Confirm my token (eyJ0eX...ktfLrQ) is valid/active and tied to my email profile?

2. Verify my profile’s license acceptance for the license that gates archive/orders/*, and

3. Ensure orders 502393238 and 502393633 are associated with my profile (so API-v2 listing/downloading works)?

You need to login to your EDL profile and check these.

2. Verify my profile’s license acceptance for the license that gates archive/orders/*, and

LAADS website authenticate users using EDL usernames. So, you need to check which username you used while making these orders and use token associated with that profile.

3. Ensure orders 502393238 and 502393633 are associated with my profile (so API-v2 listing/downloading works)?
Both these orders are placed using:
Email => zheng.sio@gmail.com
UserName => starbright

My GUI order works, but API-created orders don’t (they bounce to /profiles/licenses/...). Could this be a license issue (maybe id 1003) on my profile?
Works: 502393199 (GUI)
Failing: 502393238, 502393633 (API)

Can you check on the server side whether my profile has the correct archive license attached (likely 1003?), and enable/mark acceptance (or confirm the correct licenseId / API endpoint) so token downloads work for API orders? Thanks!

Follow-up: Logged in as starbright.
/profiles/licenses shows no licenses and no Accept UI.
API: GET /api/v2/profiles/licenses?formats=json → [].
Trying to sign: POST /api/v2/profiles/licenses/1003 → 400 (refs previously shared).
My API orders redirect to /profiles/licenses/... → browser shows ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/profiles/licenses shows this:
"Permissions Granted and Agreements Signed: You have not signed any license agreements or been approved for any additional access to resources."
And it didn't show me where to sign.
Could it be a server-side license state bug on LAADS?

Could you attach the correct archive license (likely 1003) to user starbright or reset my license record, so I can accept (or you can mark it accepted) and download API orders? Thanks!

For old orders, yes, they all showed up under my account's /orders folder, and the download was successful.

For a new order (502394991) I put in to test, it still bounces back. And this order didn't show up in my /orders folder. I waited more than 20 minutes after I received the confirmation email.
