How to download 1 Hz GNSS VTEC data?

by ardenveylin » Sat Sep 13, 2025 10:22 am America/New_York

Hello,
I would like to download high-resolution Total Electron Content (TEC) data, for example with a 1 Hz sampling rate. Is there any website or database that provides such data directly, or do I need to process raw GNSS observation files (RINEX) to obtain it?
Thank you for your help!

The CDDIS has ionosphere total electron content maps available in our archive. Information on these files is found here: https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/data/space-geodesy-techniques/gnss/atmospheric-products

Information on downloading CDDIS data is found here: viewtopic.php?t=6745
