Used SeaDAS 7.4 to display global satellite images (from NASA Direct Data Access):
A2017205.L3b_DAY_CHL.nc
V2017205.L3b_DAY_SNPP_CHL.nc
A2017205.L3m_DAY_CHL_chlor_a_4km.nc
V2017205.L3m_DAY_SNPP_CHL_chlor_a_4km.nc
Those L3m files can be displayed with SeaDAS, but rest two L3b files fail to open with
error message "Cannot decode the selected product file".
Anything wrong on these L3b files with SeaDAS ? How to display them right ?

SeaDAS displays L3B images ?
SeaDAS is not designed (at least currently) to display the binned files (L3b).
You can however, process these files using SeaDAS (see the tools l3bin, l3mapgen)
