Subscription modification question

by dbotis » Fri Aug 04, 2017 1:19 pm America/New_York

Hi

I have a few L2 non-extracted data subscriptions and I wish to modify them so I don't receive 11um SST files for nighttime passes. I want to get 4um at night and 11um for daytime only. When I make the modification, I uncheck the box for 11um nighttime and then submit the modification and it says that it was successful. However, when I check back the next day, I still receive the nighttime 11um files. Any ideas? Thanks,

Dan

Dan,

A while back we realized that there was no way (given the way the backend DB was set up) to do exactly what you want with a single subscription....so we modified the front end to create two subscriptions when a user selects day and night data.  However, existing subscriptions are still singular...so, the only way to do what you want is to delete the existing subscriptions and recreate them.   You'll wind up with one for daytime and one for nighttime data.  If in the future you decided you wanted the 11um at night in addition to the 4um, then you can edit these new subscriptions and have the desired effect
