Hello,
I would like to get both png and nc L2 VIIRS files by those subscriptions:
ftp://samoa.gsfc.nasa.gov/subscriptions/VIIRS/XM/lapucci/2962/
ftp://samoa.gsfc.nasa.gov/subscriptions/VIIRS/XM/lapucci/2963/
ftp://samoa.gsfc.nasa.gov/subscriptions/VIIRS/XM/lapucci/2964/
but apparently I only get pngs.
I tried to modify the file choices but I can't find a way.
What am I doing wrong?

See the 'NetCDF/HDF Data Files' section on the Subscriptions Manager page.
Check the box for L2 Ocean Color.

thank you for your reply, I had already done what you suggest, but after I save the new settings I get pale signs for the flag of Level 2 ocean color, and the Extract data to region box appears flagged even if I did not do that.
Some of the Extracted map images (png) boxes are also flagged.
In this configuration I only see pngs in my subscription folders.
Is there something I am still doing wrong?

Sorry for the trouble you are having.
This is a new web interface to the subscriptions system and the developers are still refining it.
The "extract files" option must have been selected when the subscription was initially submitted.
It cannot be changed at this point without creating a new subscription. That is why it is grayed out.
I set the L2 option on for these subscriptions on.
Let me know if the next set of pngs does not have the corresponding NetCDF files.
