Hi all,
I am currently dealing with MODIS V6 SST algorithm and I need the latitude band and time-dependent month of year coefficients of MODIS/AQUA which are needed for the implementation .I couldn't find this file. I just found version 5 coefficients.
I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this.

The coefficient tables are distributed with SeaDAS, but if you just want the MODIS Aqua "latband" table...see the attached.

Thanks a lot for your answer and the attached data.There is one more request about the Aqua mirror_side number.Would it be possible for you to help me with this one, too? Is it accessible to download?I have no idea about it.And where can i get some information about it?

The geolocation file contains an array for mirror side:
ncdump_hdf -h A2008080220000.GEO|grep -i mirror
short Mirror side(nscans) ;
Mirror side:valid_range = 0s, 1s ;
Mirror side:_FillValue = -1s ;
