Recently I have done some test to retrieve ocean color variables from Landsat 8, using SeaDAS. I am surprised, because I started doing two test and the processing was succesful. Some days later, I tried to process other data and the processing failed. Due to that , I tried to process again the data previously succesful, and the processing failed those time. After that, I have tested in 3 computers (similar configuration SeaDAS 7.4 on Linux Ubuntu 16.04) without success in any of them. Since then any attemp has been unsuccesful.
The error is the same reported at the post https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/forum/oceancolor/topic_show.pl?pid=28109;hl=ERROR%20Input%20ODL%20overflows%20allocated%20space
In this post, I read that the problem related to the changes in the Collection 1 data, that is expected to be solved in SeDAS7.5 release (https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/forum/oceancolor/topic_show.pl?tid=8199).
The fact, is that all my test have been done using data of march 2018, that are suposed to be in Collection 1 format. Acording to the post, the processing should have failed. So, why did the processing successed the first time?
Please find enclosed the Landsat 8 image with one succesful test:
