Respected seadas team
I want to process data through GUI. But the l1brsgen fails giving me this error.

execution exception: java.io.IOException: l1bgen failed with exit code 127.
Check log for more details.
l1bgen: error while loading shared libraries: libgsl.so.19: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Do I have to built all the libraries again? Because I tried setting the ___location of the libraries in seadas.

You should not have to build the libraries in the first place, usually...
Did you use the programs and libraries installed by the GUI?
What platform and OS are you running on and are you running l1brsgen or l1bgen?
does the program work on the command line?

I am running on linux platform. I am doing l1brsgen. It is working for me in command line but not in GUI. I used the libraries installed manually and not in GUI.

SeaDAS 7.5 is now released.  I just ran l1brsgen from the SeaDAS 7.5 GUI on an Aqua file using linux and the installed binaries and it worked fine.  Are you building the code yourself or are you using the delivered binaries?   Does you GUI OCSSW directory match your command line OCSSW directory?  If you are using the GUI a lot, you might want to install SeaDAS 7.5 and then install OCSSW via the GUI (menu: OCSSW -> Install OC Processors).

Whenever reporting a problem you are having please include the input file name (that way we know the mission and can test the particular file out if needed), and the version of SeaDAS you are using.  Error messages only tell us so much, we need to know exactly what parameters you using.
