some questions about L2GEN

by hxczjh123 » Mon Aug 06, 2018 9:35 pm America/New_York

Hello everyone,
In Seadas L2GEN,Products--Atmospheric correction Intermediates,a parameter 'w0' refers to the aerosol single scattering albedo? and what do 'w0_sma','w0_soa' refer to ,respectively? Because I want to use 'single scattering albedo' provided by various of atmospheric correction algorithms.
Thank you for your help!

Those two products are outputs for two unsupported atmospheric correction options: the SMA (spectral matching algorithm) and SOA (spectral optimization algorithm).
I'm not even sure they function in the current code.  They were also specific to SeaWiFS.  After 20+ years of development, there will be some skeletons in the closets...
