Does anyone has a piece of code to transform daily PAR data to hourly in MATLAB that is able to share?

PAR is a daily-integrated product and I am unsure how you propose to deconvolve it into hourly values. I presume it *could* be done given temporal information regarding solar position, however, it would still be difficult to account for daily variability in atmospheric conditions.
Alternatively, you could try taking the instantaneous PAR product (iPAR) and scale that with solar elevation curve. Again, that would not take into consideration clouds/aerosols which can be highly variable at time-scales in the order of 1 hour.
