MODIS ancillary gap

by benj » Fri Nov 02, 2018 7:03 am America/New_York

Hi

The MODIS Attitude-Ephemeris archive for 31st October has a gap in it between 0915 and 1550. Any news on why this is and when it will be filled, please? The L2 data seem fine, so I assume the atteph data exist somewhere but just didn't get into the archive for some reason.

Thanks
Ben

MODIS ancillary gap

The gap in the direct access page presentation of  NRT attitude and ephemeris data for that day has been resolved.  The data were accessible, even though the webpage did not display them.
Occasionally, cron tasks hiccup and can result in these apparent outages - and we don't always see them, so thanks for pointing it out
BTW, the file search utility did return them - since that queries the database directly it did not suffer from the same issue that prevented the files from appearing on the webpage in a timely manner.

OK, thanks Sean. Next time I'll see if there are any alternative ways around it. :-)
