Image pixels

Dear Ocean color team,

I appreciate your efforts into this support.
My question is, I want to compare two satellite datasets (HICO and MODIS). I want to read each pixel of the image, one method I knew that pins. Is there any alternate method which provides me with pixel information without pins?
Best Regards

Naveed

Hi Naveed,

HICO and MODIS have different spatial, spectral, and temporal resolutions,
but it is possible for both data sets to read the images pixel by pixel.
I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by "pins", however.

I want to process these datasets into SeaDAS, and investigate pixels by pixels. I talked about the SeaDAS Pin manager, where we can manually select pixels. but i want to read all the pixels automatically in Seadas. Is there any function in the SeaDAS that able to do this task?

Thanks
