I use the l2gen to process the L1b make the L2 Rrs data,but the L2 data have the question.

the estuary and nearshore of the L2 Rrs data is NaN in the pixel. I don't know the reason.
So I please the forum to help me.
I think the question may be set the L2gen parameter.

the l2gen have the parameter water(ifile), and the L2 rrs data have the flat COASTZ parameter(shallow water<30m),
so the estuary and nearshore to become the NAN.
But I need the estuary and nearshore of L2 rrs data to make the study.
Can you give me some advices to solve the problem?
