Data processing issues at the OBPG

by OB.DAACx - SeanBailey » Tue Nov 05, 2019 8:35 am America/New_York

The database server that supports all processing at the OBPG has been experience an issue that is affecting our normal operations.  The problem was exacerbated by the VIIR-SNPP SST reprocessing.  The cause of the problem has been identified and we are working to resolve the issue.  The reprocessing effort has been paused until the database is back to normal operations.Additionally, there was a configuration change required for the VIIRS SST reprocessing that failed to be fully implemented.  This has been corrected, but will require that the reprocessing effort be restarted from the beginning.  We apologize for any trouble this may cause our users.  Please bear with us as we get back on our "production feet".Regards,Sean
