Both the subscriptions and direct data access areas are not showing any L2 files later than 11/17/2019 around noon UTC. This is true of at least JPSS1, SNPP and MODISA.
I would think that the system was recovering from earlier problems but I do not see any recent file modification times either...
Anyway if you are not already aware of the issues could you please look into them? Thank you!

The database programmers are aware of the outage and working to resolve it.
