opendap asleep?

Hi,

The opendap server appears to be non-responsive (sort of). Navigating to this page ...

https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/opendap/

... eventually produces a blank page (not a time out). NetCDF connections don't seem to work either.

Is there a new secret handshake one must know in order to get access?
