403 Forbidden Data Access Problem

Hi NASA

I'm not sure if our download machine got IP-banned at your firewall. All connections hit the maximum redirects issue before this happened and we now can't connect from that machine or any others on the subnet, I'm suspicious we got banned for too many failures. The IP is xx.xxx.xx.xx, could you take a look please?

Edit: Other users on different IPs have also noticed the same problems, so not sure if we've been IP-banned or if there is a wider problem at your end?

It seems to have been an issue with our connection to the authentication servers. Should be resolved...I hope :eek:
