Missing Eph Att files

I've had many failures on reprocessing recent files on two different systems. It's looking for the NRT ATT EPH files, and I guess can't find them?

A normal return (I loop though the returned file list which is contained in the $_ variable):

Yep that'd be the case.  The externally facing DB was running behind about a day for much of this week...long story...  It's pretty much caught up, but may lag a bit more for a day or so.
