Flags and Reprojected files

HI Sean,
If I remove the conditions (i.e. have no maskExpression) I get an error.
So which ever flag is excluded during reprojection - pixels with those flags will be excluded correct?

Not sure I quite understand your question...but maybe this will answer it: If a L2 pixel is flagged by any of the flags you include in the mask expression, it will not be included in the reprojected data (well it'll be NaN).
