CALIPSO subset not working

I have been trying to subset CALIPSO data from https://subset.larc.nasa.gov/calipso/login.php, and usually submit an ASDC request. But I am not receiving any email (used to receive) for the HTTPS link for the respective subsetted data directory.
I have even tried to use another earthdata login id, but still not receiving any mail.
I followed up the distribution folder here, https://xfr139.larc.nasa.gov/sflops/Distribution/
and it can be seen here that the latest data folder generated was on 2nd June.
Is this a server system problem? Is there any other way that I can subset CALIPSO data over a small area and download them (multiple files together)?
Any help would be appreciated

The ASDC Subsetters (including CALIPSO) are currently experiencing issues and are unable to complete subset requests at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and will notify you once the services have been restored.

In the meantime, we recommend you use the ASDC OPeNDAP service to fulfill your subset needs for CALIPSO data. https://opendap.larc.nasa.gov/opendap/C ... tents.html

The ASDC Subsetters (including CALIPSO) have been restored and are now operational.
