Instrument Keyword needed by ORNL DAAC for MASTER

ORNL DAAC was assigned as the DAAC of Record (DoR) for MASTER (MODIS/ASTER Airborne Simulator - is an instrument presently missing from the instrument vocabulary. Because ORNL DAAC organizes and distributes holdings via the GCMD Project Vocabulary we need an entry for MASTER also in the project vocabulary so that our metadata campaign tags will serve multiple distribution purposes.
