hello,
i met this error when doing the atmospheric correction by Seadas, could someone please the reason for this error and give me a solution?
requests.exceptions.ProxyError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/atteph/A/2008285050000/2008285050459/ (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x7ff1ca03c550>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused',))
