Dear all,
I am new to SeaDas and remote sensing. So my project is to create a model to detect Chlorophyll and Suspened Solid in Hong Kong.
Now, I am making level 2 atmospheric Corrected products from sentinel-2 for Ocean color.
When I am putting in ifiles for the process,MTD_MSIL2A.xml or manifest.safe was the correct input. What should be it?
Can anyone give me a hint?

l2gen on Sentinel-2 takes an L1C file (manifest.safe) as input. You need to make sure your manifest.safe is from the directory of S2A_MSIL1C*
MTD_MSIL2A.xml seems to be from a directory of S2A_MSIL2A*, which is an L2 file.
